July 1 - Try to see another cathedral today but it is closed when we stop by. Get some Khmer food (cheap!) in the old city and make our way back to the room to pack. The apartment host has kindly let us stay until 14:00, since our flight is not until 18:00.
The airport is easily accessed by a tramline. Too many people traveling for such a small airport, which I expected. TAP (Portuguese Airlines) is not too bothered about check-in, they only start about 1.5 hours before the flight.
This is my third time arriving in the Lisbon Airport this year, so it is a breeze to get the metro line to Alameda park and the location of our apartment in an old building with wooden floors. Private bathroom but communal kitchen, where the stove does not work. Thankfully the hot pot does work! Call Dad, as it is his birthday.
