June 20 - Day of transfers. There must have been some better way to get this ticket, but in Feldkirch the ticket purchasing is all automated so I am victim to whatever route sequences the computer comes up with. We try our best to cross-reference on the phones. The tickets we end up with involve two trains, a bus, and then a third train. Each with about ten minutes of transfer time. Cost of over $90 a ticket!
Take our first train to Buchs. It arrives three minutes late, which is worthy of announcement and apology by the PA system on the platform, and again on the train.
